This Shipping Policy explains order processing, delivery estimates, charges, delays, tracking, and related responsibilities. Delivery information shown on the product page or at checkout for your specific destination takes priority if it is more specific than the general information below.
1. Shipping Destinations and Charges
Available shipping destinations and shipping charges are displayed during checkout. Any shipping charge, remote-area surcharge, tax, or other mandatory amount that we collect from you will be disclosed before you place the order. We will not add an undisclosed shipping charge after an order has been accepted.
Free or included standard shipping may be offered for eligible destinations or promotions. Alaska, Hawaii, islands, military addresses, and other remote areas may have different methods, fees, or delivery estimates; the checkout information for your address will control.
2. Order Processing
We normally process and dispatch in-stock orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. High-volume periods, product launches, or holidays may add one or two business days. If a product has a longer lead time or is on backorder, we will display or communicate the applicable estimate.
An order confirmation is not necessarily a shipment confirmation. You will receive shipping or tracking information when it becomes available.
3. Delivery Estimates
For eligible in-stock orders using U.S. ground shipping, typical transit after dispatch is approximately 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier. International and remote-area delivery times vary. The estimate shown at checkout or in your shipping confirmation is the best estimate for your order.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date. Weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, peak-season volume, and other events outside reasonable control can affect transit time.
4. Delays and Orders We Cannot Ship on Time
If we learn that we cannot ship within the time we promised, or within a time required by applicable law when no specific promise was made, we will provide any notice and options required by law. This may include a revised shipping date and the choice to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund.
For EEA and UK consumer orders, unless you and we agree otherwise, we will deliver within the period required by applicable consumer law. If delivery is not made within an agreed or legally required period, you retain any cancellation or refund rights provided by law.
5. Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address associated with your order. Tracking may take time to activate after the carrier receives the parcel. Contact us if tracking has not updated for an unusually long period or the carrier reports a delivery problem.
6. Address Accuracy and Changes
Please check your shipping address before submitting an order. If you request an address change after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment or been handed to the carrier. We will not knowingly redirect a package in a way that reduces your mandatory consumer rights.
7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, the checkout page will state the amounts we collect, if any. If duties or import taxes are not collected by us, they may be charged by local authorities or the carrier before delivery, but only where this is consistent with the disclosures made before purchase and applicable law. Customers should review the destination-specific checkout information before ordering.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Misdelivered Packages
If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is materially misdelivered, contact us promptly with your order number. We will work with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Please do not assume that a carrier scan automatically resolves responsibility; consumer rights regarding delivery remain governed by applicable law.
9. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes at the time required by applicable law. For EEA and UK consumers, risk generally remains with the trader until you, or a third party you designate other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise for a carrier independently chosen by you.
10. Returns and Shipping Refunds
Return shipping and refunds of outbound shipping are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law. In particular, EEA and UK statutory cancellation rules may require reimbursement of the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge, while voluntary change-of-mind returns in other locations may have different rules.
